ZingleBling will accept returns/exchanges of unworn & unused items with original tags and packaging and invoice with returned items circled if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, time will start from the time of the final package delivery date. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) just send request to returns.zing@gmail.com 

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, the merchandise is unused, unworn & returned in good condition in it's original packaging and with a copy of the sales receipt & with an RMA.
  • Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will Not be eligible for return!
  • A great majority of our clothing items are FREE Returns (we pay for shipping) However Not All items are eligible, you will be notified if your item qualifies for Free Return when we receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) Otherwise return shipping will be the buyers responsibility.
  • Please contact us @ returns.zing@gmail.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#,  Number of items returning, and the reason for the return & upload any pertinent pictures.
  • On FREE Return items approved you will receive an email with a shipping label attached, just print the label, attach it to any box or package and return the items. You will have 7 days to return the items'
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund in the form of Store Credit less original shipping fees back to your account except for damaged or manufacturing defects in those cases your refund will be sent back to the source you used to make the purchase. PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR PROCCESSING RETURNS & REFUNDS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BACK. ***Please NOTE Banks & CC Companies Have Different Credit Posting Time Schedules so Check with your bank or cc company if your refund takes longer than the time frames we noted above.
  • Please note free return labels are available for eligible items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
  • If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
  • Insurance
    If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
  • ZingleBling is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped so remedies should be sought from the delivery carriers i.e. USPS, UPS.
  • Please follow all the rules for returns as ZingleBling, INC will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken.
